So as to provide a duty-training opportunity for young teachers, enhance their professional literacy, cultivate working habits to benefit teachers& students as well as achieve connotation development genuinely, on 5th April, 2016, at the merging classroom of the east campus, Anqing Foreign Language School’s English Division convened the 1st Session Young English Teachers’ Classics& Beautiful Post Reading Competition, whose candidates were Junior High English Department teachers born in the 1980s in both the east and west campuses. The judge team include Junior High Section Director Zhang Li, Junior High teachers Zhu Wen& Zhu Renge in addition to Yao Fengling& Wang Jiaayin from Senior High Department.
After heated competition, the Optimum Post Model Prizes go to Zhang Yan, Liu Qiongdan& Zhang Yihan. The Best Individual Demeanor Awards belong to Lu Yafeng, Jiang Ling, Ren Yan, He Peipei, Hu Jing& Qi Qingqing. The Optimum Language Expression Prizes go to Xu Bei, Ye Jianfei, Yang Ting, Xia Di, Jiang Fan, Zhao Jing, Zhang Yan, Dong Shuping, Wang Yanhao& Zhang Ying. Last but not the least, the Best Aspirant Awards belong to Yang Chun, Hua Tian& Zhang Mengmeng.
Overall, Vice Principal Xu Xuchang instructed guidance on the contest in person. Furthermore, Director Zhang Li delivered splendid remarks on this event, which strengthened teachers’ consciousness of duty training by means of this English Reading Contest.
